Venue-imposed costs are billed separately at cost: any permits or authorizations your venue requires for us to operate, plus parking, valet, or venue access fees. We carry our own food handler and vendor permits.

Large Event Service

A complete second setup including espresso machine, grinder, and two additional baristas. Strongly recommended when expected drink volume approaches single-cart capacity.

A single cart pours approximately 70 to 80 drinks per hour at full tilt. What decides whether you need a second cart is not the pace but how concentrated it is: a wedding sends most of the room to the cart in a couple of short rushes, while an open-house or office event spreads the same guest count across the service window. We will let you know if Large Event service is recommended based on your guest count and how tight your service window is.

Last-Minute Booking

Each package has a standard lead time. Bookings closer to the event date are subject to an added fee applied to the total invoice amount.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation notice must be provided at least seven days prior to the event via the contact methods outlined in the booking contract. If The Business must cancel due to circumstances beyond its control, a full refund will be offered or we will work with The Client to reschedule for a mutually agreeable date.
